Use your Mental Superpowers to Positively Change your Reality

You are the creator of your own reality. Did you know that you have access to certain mental superpowers that can amplify your success and improve your life in nearly every way? We live in a vibrational universe and our vibration is very important. Life is happening all around you to observe and participate in and as you go through your life you make conclusions of what you are experiencing, what you like or don’t like, what you want or don’t want.

The power of thoughts and emotions are a lot stronger than people think they are. They affect and form our perceptions of what is good and bad and how we feel about life. But what people don’t realize is that we do have control over the mind and if we change our perspective we can make our life everything we want it to be. The mind is a very powerful thing, the first step is to realize we have the power to change our lives and make our dreams become a reality. This will start the process.

Mental Superpowers VisualizeIf you want to change your life or manifest particular things you need to align yourself with the same frequency as that which you want to experience. You don’t attract what you want, you attract what you are. You need to be what you want to become. Even if it means faking it for a while. You need to be and act as if you are already living your dreams and also express the feeling of gratitude for the universe. Through this you are saying that you know you are taken care of but you are ready to take your life to the next level.

If you are saying you want something and putting your intention only on that, if you are having doubts, or fear even, it won’t happen because you are not aligned with it. What you need to do if you are experiencing negative emotions like fear or doubt is to look at them, see them for what they are and understand them, then let it go.

Sometimes you can get too focused on not having what you want and it will bring your vibration down. If this happens, let it go for a while and focus on what makes you feel good. The things you want will come to you once you align yourself again. You just have to believe that you already are what you want and trust the process. Life is always working on your side even when things get tough.

Remember, you don’t need to be where you think you need to be in order to be happy. As long as you are on the way to it you should be happy. All that matters is your alignment—it will put you on a path of the least resistance. When you are having positive emotions and thoughts good things that you desire will come into your life.

Use Your Mental Superpowers and Get into Receiving Mode

The 17-second rule is best to do right when you wake up before any other thought has popped into your head. Practicing this has an uncanny ability to help you tap into your latent mental superpowers. All you have to do is think good thoughts right when you wake up, this will lead to more positive thinking and help you to sustain a positive and good frequency. Try to stay in a positive mindset for as long as you can. Practicing this will help make it more natural and you will find yourself being a lot more positive. At this time you can also think positively about things you want to manifest in your life, feel how good it would be to have what you desire. Once you start sending out good vibrations and are lined up with what you are asking for, the universe will answer you.

Mental Superpowers MeditationThe ‘Laser Beam Manifestation Meditation’ is a 20-minute meditation that helps you to align yourself and get in touch with your inherent mental superpowers

Step 1) Find a place to sit comfortably
Step 2) Focus the mind on the breath coming in and out of the nose for about 2 minutes
Step 3) Focus on the breath traveling up and down your nasal passageways for 2 minutes.
Step 4) Experience your chest rising and falling and your belly expanding and contracting as you breathe for 2 minutes.
Step 5) Experience your whole body breathing for 2 minutes.
Step 6) When you have a calm, clear mind ask yourself “What do I want?”
Step 7) You will hear and see the answer
Step 8) Start to feel what you want is right here and is happening right now
Step 9) For the last 10 minutes, focus on hearing, seeing and feeling your dream being true and how happy it makes you

Practicing these steps will help you to align yourself with your inherent mental superpowers in such a way that you will be able to change your reality and make it everything that you want it to be.
