Easy and Powerful Law of Attraction Exercises to Accelerate Your Life

The Law of Attraction is a simple universal principle that uses the power of focus to bring whatever is in our being into our reality. If you focus on the negative things in your life, you will bring more negativity into your life. While if you focus on the positive side of life and the goals you want to achieve, you will find more ways to be happy and more opportunities to achieve your goals will appear.

Whether or not we know it, we are using the Law of Attraction every second that we exist. Your thoughts and feelings affect everything around you. This is why just a simple shift in your perspective can make a big change and attract better things in your life.

The Law of Attraction is evident in your thoughts, we often find it easier to keep thinking the type of thoughts we are thinking. When we think positively it is easier to continue thinking thoughts that feel good to us, when we think negative thoughts it is easier to continue thinking thoughts that do not feel good to us. Where your vibration is taking you and your life experience can be felt in your emotions, how do your thoughts feel when you think them? However you feel is an indicator of where this “train of thought” is taking you in life.

Applying the Law of Attraction

1 – Start with a decision

This is the most important step because it prepares you to receive the experience of your choice and aligns you with your desires. You need to make a clear decision of what you really want, it doesn’t matter how big or small it is, you just have to believe it’s possible. Imagine it with all of your sense as if it is happening now or has already happened.

2 – Practice Unconditional Love

Basically, if you don’t feel like you deserve what you are asking for, you won’t get it. You might have subconscious fears and doubts that will get in the way of receiving what you want. The only way to get rid of the doubt is to be aware of them and approach them with love and positivity.

3 – Open up to the Possibilities

Let your positive feelings change your perspective and expectation so you can open up to the possibility that greater things will come to you. Think about your hopes, dreams, and ambitions and how they will bring good things to you.

4 – Experience the Reality of your Desires

By this step, you have been imagining what you want, feeling as if you already have it, and you have removed any self-limiting beliefs you may have had. Now it’s time to live out that desire. This step might seem a bit weird for some people but you need to feel the same as you would having your desire fulfilled, independent of the manifestation itself. The only reason anyone wants anything is they believe they will feel better in the having of it, now you must feel better regardless of having it or not, this is known as being in “the Receiving Mode” or “in the Vortex.

  • Create a vision board – This will help keep you committed to your manifestation and it will help you visualize what it feel like to have it. Every day you can look at your vision board and be reminded of what it feels like to have your desire in your life, now!
  • Make a gratitude list – This sets you up for success because it will put you in the right mindset to receive. This exercise is simple, write down everything you have in your life that you are grateful for in a journal. Start with what has already manifest for you so you can see the evidence of your well-being throughout the day.
  • Do loving and kindness meditation – This type of meditation will help send out compassion to yourself and others. It is a great mediation to do to get into the right mindset.
  • Scripting – This exercise is very powerful, for this practice the goal is to write your life exactly the way you want it to be, script it as if your life was a perfect movie or book. This helps set even more clear intentions and helps break up the last of our limiting beliefs.

There are other methods as well such as the Two Cups Technique. Everybody sees results at different times so use patience and persistence and it will come.
